Play at Okada Manila: Is This High-end Hotel Playground Awesome?
Play at Okada Manila is one of my favorites before the pandemic began and I wanted to see if it was still worth it.
It is a fun indoor playground, located in the five-star hotel, Okada Manila. PLAY stands for “Purposeful Learning and Activities for the Young.”
2022 Play at Okada Entrance Fee
Please arrive early as you will need to register via QR code in Play at Okada. As part of the registration process, you will need to take a photo of your vaccination card and a valid ID.
Here are the 2022 Play at Okada entrance fees:

⭐ Tip! Remember to wear or bring socks to be allowed to play inside.
They placed a wristband on our arms and stamped our hands before we entered. We removed our shoes and deposited them at the shoe counter for free. They also have bag lockers that can be used for free.
Little Park
First, let’s go to Little Park, a two-level playground with slides for smaller kids. You can run or crawl through it, play on the slides or play with the cyber wheel – where I kept falling. 😂
It is like a maze and there are a lot of things to do in each corner.
My little brother liked this area a lot!
Janguru
Janguru is the biggest part of this playground of Play at Okada.
It is a multi-level playground and maze for kids.
I love the slides here! They also have a tube slide, and 3 side-by-side slides and the most exciting one is the tall blue slide with a big drop!
And the most exciting one. I played on that slide the most!
It has a lot of obstacle courses but it’s so kid-friendly that even my four-year-old brother had fun in it.
Little Town
Little Town is a role-play area where kids can do pretend play in a supermarket, school, bank, and house. Their toys were very organized here and I felt safe because they only allow a few kids inside at a time.
Mini Steps and Mini Me
They also have a play and learning space for children 2 years old and younger called Mini Steps and Mini Me.
It also has a slide that very young kids can play in!
My brother is already 4 years old but he still had fun in it.
Colors and Creation Activity
While we were playing, we got invited to a colors and creations activity. They gave us a color by number coloring pages and we got prizes after we finished the activity.
⭐ Tip! Join and finish the activity because they give out prizes to kids who are able to complete it.
After the activity, I saw a video game station where a Mario racing game was on. I played on it a bit but I didn’t stay for a long time.
The Stage
Next, I went to The Stage. There is an interactive dance game here. I chose a song that I like and dance along to it.
Sports Zone
This is what I call the daddy zone!
It is an active zone with an artificial grass court for sports games. They have basketballs and soccer balls inside. My dad and my little brother played here.
Do I still like Okada Manila?
Yes, I still loved playing in Play at Okada Manila! First, the playground is really big, especially the slides. Next, their play areas are fun exciting, and challenging – you can also do pretend play and arts. dance, and play sports.
I think it’s worth it for kids to have fun while staying safe because there are just so many things to do.
More importantly, I also feel safe there because it’s very clean and it also has a very nice bathroom inside so you don’t have to go out.
